Imagine a life without family or friends, with no one to share your hopes, dreams, difficulties and despair.
Unfortunately this is often the neglected state of the homeless or socially disconnected which also puts them at risk of mental health conditions, social and physical disorders.
However, when people with open hearts reach out and show interest, this can all change. Accord Community Outreach is an organisation dedicated to ensuring that no one stands alone. Regardless of the circumstance, we aim to ensure a connection with the community.
Our mission is to reach the homeless, lonely, socially isolated and in need to offer friendship, provide for their physical and emotional needs and wellbeing. We are in this to bring about a brighter future for all.
